- 3) Current valid Passport
Your Passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the time of travel and it must have at least four consecutive blank pages for stamping. Send your Passport off to us with other documents.
- 4) Saudi Hajj Visa Form
Download here, and print it and fill all the requested information to the best of your ability and sign it, then send it off to us with other documents.Note: —This must be done for each applicant using CAPITAL LETTERS and fill in all spaces correctly without making a mistake. For Regulations by the Royal Embassy of Saudi Arabia states that any application form that has correction marks on it will be returned without being processed. Therefore, all names must be shown as they appear in the passport. Please use a single colour (Black or Blue) pen when filling all the forms.
- 5) Medical and Immunisation Certificates
You need to get an original Medical Certificate from your doctor, on his/her letterhead or Medical Centre/Clinic letterhead bearing Doctor’s signature and official stamp, clearly stating two things in one simple paragraph. That, 1) You are generally in good health to travel and free from contagious diseases. 2) You had received your immunization shots against Meningitis (ACYW135) and the FLU Vaccine (Seasonal influenza vaccine).Send this original Medical Certificate off to us with other documents as well.
- 6) Letter of Introduction
Download Letter of Introduction here. A Letter of Introduction from your local Masjid or Islamic Society certifying that you are a Muslim. Note: Please include your full name, Nationality & Passport No. on this letter. This letter must be printed on their official letterhead and must bear the official seal / stamp of the issuing Masjid / Islamic Society. Send this original to us with other documents.
ALSO, if you are a convert/revert to Islam and especially you have a typical non-Muslim name on your passport then you must obtain from your Islamic Centre or Imam a certified copy of Certificate of Conversion to Islam. This certificate must be printed on their official letterhead and must bear the official seal / stamp of the issuing Masjid / Islamic Society/ Imam or Shaykh. - 7) Mahram Letter
If you are at least 45 years of age and a female, a widow or an aged female person traveling without a Mahram family member wishing to perform your Fard Hajj with a group you must obtain a Mahram Letter from your Mahram giving you written and signed consent for travel with our group. A Mahram must be at least 17 years of age. Send this Mahram Letter to us with other documents. Download Mahram Letter here.
- 8) Other Required Certificates
If you are traveling with your family then you must also have certified copies of the following documents:
- Marriage Certificate for married couples traveling together
- Birth Certificates for brother and sister traveling together or children traveling with their parents.
Both of these certificates need to be certified by Police Station or Notary Public Office. Note:That certification of the above documents by a JP (justice of peace) is NOT acceptable. Please make sure that you include these legal documents in rest of your papers when you send them to us.
